Premiere Cuisine has been on the drawing board for the past 8 years when finally minds where set and sleeves rolled up forming what is today one of the most equipped Location Catering company on the island.
We are now equipped with the best state of the art mobile kitchens in Malta, complete with mobile crafts trailer and all the necessary complementing vehicles to enhance the perfect events up to standards and hygienic standards.

Mark Tabone, Director of Mark Tls Group has been in the Film industry from the times of Gladiator 1998-1999, providing the industry with logistics services varying from Transportations, Hi-up and cranes services but most of all Air Conditioning systems including heating of sets, being the only company in Malta to give such service with an astounding output of four million BTU in total.
Our qualified Chef over twenty years of experience in the catering industry, earning their skills both local and overseas in top 5-star hotels, restaurants and location catering. Our team of chefs resulted in various competitions local and overseas, earning them various titles and achievements.
